"Modek is Belgian, from the Flanders region. His sound is BIG. I
have never met him in real life, only online so far.
He sent me Quasimodo, and I thought it was cool but I was
expecting a track that was a bit more simple, straight-forward, so
I asked for other tracks. But as time went by, Quasimodo kept
popping up in my head and I realized I couldn't get enough of it.
It's a grower.
This one was the obvious outro for the compilation. It's a real
set ender right there. What sets this track apart is the fact that
it's ternary eventhough the rhythm is based on a 4 bars beat. The
idea is genius. The harpsichord sound is real original and funny
for our time. It's so well produced, beautiful...the melody is
just gorgeous. You break the dancefloor in half when you play this
at the club, no doubt."
